The Monroe Art Guild is excited to announce a call for entries for our 14th Annual Winter Juried Art Show to be on display January 10 – February 29, 2008. We will award $4,425 in prize money thanks to our sponsor Just Right Auto Sales & Finance, and a $1,000 purchase award courtesy of Great Oaks. And we've added more award categories this year to encourage more youth submissions.
Entry Details
Deadline: December 30 (entry form & fee due)
Fee: $30 for members, $40 for non-members (up to 3 pieces)
Drop Off Work: January 3, 10:00am – 5:00pm

All work must be original and have been created by the artist. Work cannot have been previously shown at the Monroe Art Guild. All 2D work must be suitably prepared for hanging with wire on the back. Non-framed canvas must be painted to the outside edges. Sculpture and ceramics should be able to stand on their own. All work is to be for sale and must . The MAG will assume a 30% commission on all work sold in the show.

About the Judge, Irene Dodge
Irene Dodge has an artists' facilitator for more than 30 year and has curated more than 100 exhibitions from New Jersey to South Florida. She is currently on the board of the Lyndon House Arts Foundation, Athens Area Arts Council, Arts Development Council of Georgia and the Athens Art Association.
