Local iron sculptor (and GBI Special Agent) Richard Sells stands beside his "Madonna and Messiah" sculpture at the Annual Winter Show sponsored by Just Right Auto Sales. Richard received the "Best in Show" award for his unique creation. The Monroe Art Guild is pleased to host a collection of Richard's iron sculptures on loan in our Sculpture Garden.The Monroe Art Guild welcomed many local artists, members and art enthusiasts on Friday, January 9 for the Opening Reception in the main gallery. Guests enjoyed catering provided by A Better Bite and musical entertainment provided by pianist Suzanne Polk Roberts and flutist Carol Horne.
