The Annual Downtown Fall Fest is tomorrow! The Monroe Art Guild is a part of the celebration on Saturday, October 20 from 10am-4pm. The location is on Court Street, exactly where the Farmers' Market has been held. Along with other vendors, we will be featuring 6 of our Members and we will have a both too! Stop by and say hello!

2nd Annual Fall Cemetery Tour
Join us for "Visiting the Dead: Headstones & History Guided Tour by Nowell Briscoe" as we
explore Resthaven Cemetery in Monroe (located at the corner of East
Spring Street and North Madison Avenue) discovering history and fun
facts about notable citizens and the cemetery.
The
tour starts at 4:00pm at the Meadows Funeral Home tent at Resthaven on
Saturday, October 20, 2012. Please wear comfortable footwear. Tickets
are $10 per person and can be purchased at Carmichael Drugs and the MAG
and is non-refundable. Recommended parking is in the City Parking Lot
between Midland and Madison Avenues.
