You may submit up to three original works of art in the categories of 2D (paint, charcoal, pastel, pencil), 3D (sculpture, ceramics), Photography, Mixed Media and Youth Art. The entry fee for MAG members is $35.00 and $45.00 for non-members.
Important Dates
December 20: Application submission deadline. Application and entry fee due to MAG.
January 2 10:00am-5:00pm: Drop off artwork to MAG.
January 9 6:00pm-8:00pm: Opening Reception at MAG.
March 3 10:00am-5:00pm: Pick up artwork from MAG.
Submission Requirements
- All 2D work must be framed or canvas edges painted. Work must be clearly labeled and suitably prepared for hanging with wire on the back (no saw tooth hangers).
- Sculpture and ceramics work must be labeled on the bottom and able to stand upright.
- Photography must be printed by the artist.
- All work must have been created by the artist and cannot have been previously shown at the Monroe Art Guild.
- All work is to be for sale. 70% to artist. 30% to MAG. Commission is taken on all work sold with the exception of the Purchase Award.
- Works must hang for the duration of the show beginning January 2 - March 2, 2009.

Opening Reception
Join us for the Opening Reception on Friday, January 9 6:00-8:00pm. Catering provided by A Better Bite, Inc. / Creative Occasions. Musical entertainment provided by Suzanne Roberts and the Carol and Alan Horne.
